About our logo:

The world tree is a symbol of the totality of the cosmos and the human personality. It is also strikingly like the nervous system.

In Germanic mythology a squirrel runs up and down the trunk of the world tree, connecting heaven and the underworld.

We think of our work as like that of the squirrel: psychologically, we carry acorns of understanding between the conscious mind and the unconscious realm below; neurophysiologically, we help the executive structures in the front and top of the brain reintegrate with other parts that have become too autonomous or out of control.
